- For all other purchases, sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Defective, Damaged or Undelivered items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us with a clear photo or video of the issue.

• Please note: In such cases, we are only able to offer a replacement — refunds will not be issued.

3. How to Initiate a Replacement:

- Provide your order details along with the required photo or video evidence.
4. Order Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick dispatch and avoid delays caused during shipping.Because of this, we are typically unable to cancel orders once they have been processed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 15 minutes of placing it. After this timeframe, cancellations may no longer be possible as the order may have already entered the shipping process.
